Contributed various Editorial functions to journals published by the American Society of Microbiology since 1996. He currently serves as Editor for Clinical and Vaccine Immunology. Author or co-author of approximately 120 peer-reviewed publications in biomedical journals.

Who he really is…

When Chris isn’t working, he makes a substantial effort to hike in the mountains, swim and body surf in the ocean, or snorkel among coral reefs. Since Kansas City is not well endowed with these particular natural wonders, this entails travel to exotic places as often as possible. While land-locked in KC, he is a reasonably avid biker.
