Who he really is…


With advancing age comes the increasing need to stay active both physically and intellectually. Helping others improve their proposal-writing skills covers the intellectual side. Physically, David has taken to running 15-20 miles/week and competing in 5K races, which has grown into a passion. David has earned many first place awards in his age group, with a Personal Record of 32.5 minutes for 5K.
