The following are written comments about the seminar
(on file):

Very informative/useful day. Even though I attended last year I still learned information today that will help with my current grant writing.
This was excellent. I was leery of content being “over my head” but it was all relevant. Let’s do if again?!
I would say this content should be made mandatory for any researcher within COH/Beckman. I think it would also be helpful for this group to be consultants for our research activities to assist new researchers. [The presenter’s] expertise is invaluable. Thank you for supporting this effort.
This is like the “art of war” of writing a grant! Very helpful, thanks!
Overall, seminar was fantastic! Speaker was very clear and kept your attention.
During graduate school I took a semester long grant writing seminar but feel that I learned much more in this one day seminar than in that semester. Very pleased.
I thought that the seminar was wonderful! I know of others that could benefit from attending the seminar if he is invited to return.
I found the material to be so important and informative. I never could understand the structure of the NIH web page. Now I am able to traverse through if successfully.
Excellent and helpful seminar.
Very well presented.
One of the best motivational speakers I’ve ever heard! I can’t believe I sat for more than six hours without fidgeting. I only wish I had attended this workshop as a young post-doc or even a grad student. It should be integrated into our grad school curriculum and/or offered regularly to COH researchers.
I think the instructor provided helpful tools that could give COH an advantage.
