 Among all the business and academic seminars I have attended, this was at the top of the list. The presenter is knowledgeable, sensitive to his audience, clear, patient and witty. Key phrase – enthusiasm.

 Very dynamic speaker with valuable sensible material. Specific examples in back of handout are extremely useful, as were specific verbal examples.
