The following are written comments about the seminar
(on file):

I felt it was very informative. Many aspects of writing were covered that I never would have thought of. It was good to hear from someone who has been so involved in the process from so many different sides. The writing tips were also very useful as were the examples.
Very nicely paced. Easy to follow, never felt bored. Speaker is very engaging.
Fabulous seminar – I wish I had taken this before I ever submitted a manuscript. This should be incorporated in graduate student education. Sincere thanks.
I especially liked the structural organization of how to write a paper – if only I had seen this back when I was a graduate student. I really appreciate these seminars – thanks!
An outstanding discussion of critically important and relevant information which is otherwise largely ignored in graduate and medical education.
I thought this was a very informative seminar – I'll keep the manual because I know I'll use it frequently in the future. I think this would have been a great seminar to take as a first-year grad student.
Excellent presentation and information was extremely helpful, good examples.
Great workshop that fills a huge void in graduate education!
The handout is very good and a great help. The examples in the appendix are also very helpful for starting to write a manuscript.
It is a wonderful seminar. Very important and valuable information was provided. It will help tremendously and vastly improve the quality of the manuscripts written by attendees who will be writing their manuscripts eventually. I strongly recommend this seminar be conducted annually at University of Cincinnati which will be of immense value to the UC biomedical community. Thanks a lot .
Great insight, gave me so much to think about!!
Excellent presentation and skilled presenter. Obviously experienced and knowledgeable about topic.
This workshop was quite applicable for me as I am making a transition from postdocs to faculty. I appreciated the information regarding aspects of the manuscript and how one should go about tailoring the manuscript to the potential reader. This will allow me to make significant revisions to a recently “rejected” manuscript. The group activity was a nice break from the lecture.
Very helpful information presented in a way that was easy to follow. I can't wait to get back and start publishing! Thanks!
This was a very helpful workshop. An appropriate balance between techniques of writing and understanding publication process. A good presentation style that was engaging and encouraging of discourse.
I loved having so much content in the handout for reference.
