One of the most interesting lectures I have attended. The speaker managed to make talking about writing both interesting and funny. |

Third, fourth and fifth year students really appreciated this workshop. Thank you very much. Examples, substance and reason were exactly what were needed. Time was taken to explain key areas of publication. |

I thoroughly enjoyed this seminar – I learned more about publishing research data and how to handle conflict of interest. |

The speaker was very informative. His ability to keep the audience’s attention through the use of examples and humor was very welcomed. I think this would be a helpful seminar in the future for both faculty and students. Thank you very much for the experience. |

This seminar was highly significant to my career as a biomedical graduate student. As I am currently preparing a grant, I was able to identify errors just from his presentation which can be easily corrected before I submit it for review. Also during the length of the seminar, the speaker was able to maintain the attention of the attendees and he also stayed on the topic and avoided all irrelevant information. Great seminar! |

This was very timely for me as an entering PhD student. Thank you and come back for a grant seminar! |

This program should be required for all graduate students and postdocs to attend at least one time during their tenure here at Meharry. I believe that it should be given once a year or once every two years. It was very informative and helpful. |

Very useful information. Speaker was knowledgeable about topics discussed. Should be invited back for future students. |
