The following are written comments about the seminar
(on file):

Terrific, wonderful, excellent. I am absolutely energized about this process now!

The speaker was knowledgeable, humorous, and illustrated points well. The workshop was jam packed with information, and he started and ended on time. I learned so much. I just submitted an R21 to NIMH and I feel that I have a plan of attack for revising it. Excellent workshop; every assistant professor should be so lucky to get this information early in their career!
This seminar is very thought provoking. I realize that I've made many mistakes in previous grant proposal writings. Now I know how to correct and avoid them!
This seminar was excellent. The tips and recommended methods of preparation of specific sections of grant applications are practical and will be extremely helpful to me. The examples that contrasted poor examples vs. good examples were extremely good. I learned a lot during the seminar, and I will be able to incorporate this information into my grant applications immediately.
This is a great workshop. Very helpful!! Five Star!!! Thanks to [the presenter]! He truly understands the grant writing business!
I think this workshop would be useful to most new assistant professors. I wish I would have attended in my first year (instead of my fourth year) on campus
This was a wonderful class! As a writer it confirmed some things that I'm doing properly, as well as things that I have overlooked and others that I simply have been totally off base on. I know that I will use this information countless times in the coming years. Thank you.
The presenter is passionate about assisting faculty in obtaining grant writing skills. He has a broad knowledge of funding agencies and applies his techniques across fields and opportunities.
This was incredibly helpful. As a newer faculty member, it's hard to know what to do and where to start with the grant writing process. Today made me feel much more confident about starting the grant writing process.
