These are things I would have never learned had I not come and I truly believe what I learned today will directly affect my grantsmanship when writing pre-doctoral grants as well as higher level grants later in my career! |

As a postdoctoral fellow this was an excellent topic to have. This was incredibly informative. |

Great!! Lots of useful insight!! |

The seminar was fantastic. [The presenter] is exceptionally knowledgeable and very engaging of his audience. Typically, an eight hour seminar can be tough on attention span, but I felt fully alert throughout. I will definitely recommend this seminar to my colleagues. As a post doc, I think all post docs should take this workshop. Very informative! Great workshop. |

Very good! Thank you for this great workshop. Helped me a lot! Following this instruction and workbook, it helped my PI with his R01 last year! He got it!! |

I gained a lot of useful information that will help me write competitive F-31 grant. |

The seminar/workshop is wonderfully helpful. It gives lots of details about the best way to write grants. I wish I had attended the seminar before I started writing my K99. It would have saved me a lot of mistakes. |
|
I found the workshop very informative. |

Both the workbook and the slide printouts are excellent and the speaker was very clear and explicit when necessary, with occasional examples from his experience. Very helpful. |
|
Overall, very information and good! |

[The presenter] had a powerful, yet friendly presentation style that is not only hugely informative, but also reassuring that obtaining funding is feasible. His willingness to answer questions at the end of the session on broader topics than just grant writing was a pleasant and appreciated boon to the seminar.

One of the most dynamic and informative seminars I've attended at NIH. Hopefully there can be an increase in similar seminars in the future to accommodate all those who wish to attend. I would highly recommend this seminar to all.
