The following are written comments about the seminar
(on file):

I took this course twice as a postdoc and using the techniques outlined got my R01 on my first try in my first year.
The personal experiences and insights are valuable and help keep presentation fun and interesting. Very knowledgeable, great tips and insights. Diplomatic response to questions/comments, and respectful.
Excellent seminar; much information; very thorough, great presenter.
Very good presenter; excellent at communicating a very difficult process. Very useful information; clearly will help with faculty development. Useful practical information provided that can be implemented immediately.
Outstanding; I’ve written NIH grants before and attended seminar workshops. This was far and away the best and most helpful I’ve attended.
I found this seminar to be very informative as to how the new review criteria are scored, as well as how the new page limits and new sections are integrated into the proposal. Most importantly, as a Jr. Faculty member I learned of some very big errors that I am currently guilty of in my most recent proposal. I would require this course for all post-doc and Assistant Professors beginning an academic career. “Invaluable Seminar”.
Wonderful job!! Very informative for grant process.
This was extremely helpful because the focus was on the actual writing. Thank you very much.
A wonderfully informative presentation.
Thorough and detailed presentation with excellent handouts and workbook. Relevant information to assist us in preparing a NIH grant. Helpful examples and real-life situations.
Although there was much information to digest, it was all informative and relevant for grant writing. The information will enhance my professional grant objectives. The Powerpoint handouts are wonderful as well as the book.
Wonderful- so very informative!! Very practical and "how –to".
Outstanding, well organized, thorough. Some of these ideas I "know" at some level, but articulating and organizing them helps enormously. Other ideas are ones I had not previously considered.
Well done. Learned many helpful strategies. Workbook will be helpful in the future.
