The following are written comments about the seminar
(on file):

Absolutely excellent. Lively, grant examples, tooled for problem areas and how to predict them, very aware, funny. Very human, excellent for fitting the human into research. I am so glad my chair supported this and that it was encouraged it even though this was a teaching day. Should be required for all new faculty. Thank you!
Interrelationships of all areas were very helpful. Good pace. Presenter was both enthusiastic and very well prepared. Do it again.
Well organized. The examples were helpful.
This was the most thorough grant seminar I have gone to – and I’ve been to a few on campus. The seminar gave concrete examples of real proposal ideas in the softer sciences and the humanities.
This seminar exceeded my expectations!
Great presenter, very clear and practical.
We need this seminar at least twice a year. The content and delivery was excellent. Bravo!
This seminar was well organized.
Very helpful and informative – I really liked how everything was broken down and explained. The presenter was excellent, lively, knowledgeable, accessible and interesting. Very worthwhile.
